Total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation occurred to a constant temperature of 28ºC.
Tasting Notes
Ruby colour. Very characteristic wine, pointing out notes of dry vegetal and tar. At taste, bares a great freshness and a good structure. An agreeable after taste in an opulent Douro’s style.
