Vinification Process

Classic vinification of the base wine with temperature control during fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle, and stage "sur lies" or lees according to the traditional method.

Tasting Notes

Pale appearance in color, revealing chromatic gray sensations, arising from the red grape Baga variety, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the lot. The aroma is quite appealing, standing out fruit notes of lemon citrus type, surrounded by nuances of toasted bread. In the mouth it is very soft and silky foam. Long and fresh finish.
