Vinification Process

A careful selection of the grapes picked and produced in the vineyards of Val- doeiro Estate. Full de- stemming and fermentation at controlled tempera- ture. Maturation in small oak barrels for a twelve months period.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby colour. Intense aromatic impact, imparting Atlantic profile, with noticeable hints of spicy along blueberries and delicate herbs. Balance and fresh on the palate, transporting a high gastronomic potential. Long a er- taste remembering iodized and salty sensations.
