Vinification Process

Careful selection of grapes on the basis of maintaining their freshness and genuineness. Fermentation controlled by low temperature. Wooden exclusion option in order to share every nuance originating in grape and vineyard with the consumer.

Tasting Notes

Almost opaque intense color with violet nuances. Crystalline and fragant aroma, highlighting notes of black berries and floral. The palate is intense and fresh with youth tamed by the maturity of the grapes.
