Vinification Process

Full destemming; Cold maceration pre-fermentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures; Prolonged maceration. Aging in French and American oak.

Tasting Notes

Shiny and intense ruby color. The nose shows the austerity of the Douro whose intensity and hues features a year with milder temperatures. Wine of great structure and long finish. Fresh and attractive.
