Vinification Process

Full destemming of grapes. Temperature-controlled fermentation. "Cuvaison" prolonged. Stage in barrels of French and American oak.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby color. Intense aroma with ripe fruit surrounded by spicy notes. Medium structured, with ripe tannins. Long and fresh finish.
